Summer Camps

Posted by Jacinda Miller on

Are you planning your summer camps or classes? Summer is a great opportunity to introduce your community to the sport of baton twirling. Many families throughout the years have tried baton twirling classes because our summer session is shorter and kids tend to try new sports in the summer. Here are ideas for different types of summer classes.

#1 - Summer Sessions. Schools in Minnesota get out in early June so we begin our Summer Session mid-June and continue through Mid-July. We typically have a 5-6 week session and end with our Summer Showcase. Our Summer Session classes meet weekly for 45 - 60  minutes.

#2 - Summer Camps. Summer Camps allow students to dedicate a few days or a week to learn baton twirling.  Add a theme to your camp to increase kid's excitement and interest. Your theme can also guide your activities. Options for Summer  Camp scheduling is:

Monday - Thursday - 9 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 4 pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 4 pm

Tuesday, Thursday -  9 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 4 pm

Summer Camp themes could range from Princess & Fairies, Sports, Divas & Rockstars, Spa Camp, Art Camp, Movies. Use your creativity and have fun! Check out our "Done For You Camps" to have all of the planning done for you. You schedule your camp, recruit your students and show up ready for them to have the best time ever!
